Our mission | FIDO helps residents of Indianapolis find alternatives to continuous chaining as a method of dog containment while promoting proper care and treatment. |

How you help | FIDO volunteers work together in a variety of ways to directly improve the lives of dogs (and cats) in our community. Roles range from driving down alleys to find dogs in need, to mixing food for our pet food pantry, to helping fundraise. |

About us | We are a non-profit organization that focuses on helping people improve the quality of life for their outside dogs. We offer guidance and direct assistance to clients who are willing to work alongside us to improve their dogs’ quality of life. We offer alternatives to continuous chaining as a means of containment for dogs, enabling clients to enjoy their dogs. We can help clients make their dogs part of the family. We assist with secure outside enclosures, fencing repairs, inside training crates, dog houses, warm bedding, pet food, flea preventative, collars and leashes, and more. We also can arrange for free or low-cost spay/neuter of all dogs we serve. |
