| About us | In 2014, Pass the Torch for Women Foundation was formed with the vision of a world where women are equitably represented at all levels of leadership in business, government, and organizations. The mission of the organization evolved to address the needs of women throughout their career life cycle. The funds raised through individual donations, grants, and corporate sponsorships allow the Foundation to provide mentors and professional training for women college students with the goal of transitioning them into the workforce successfully. The Foundation also supports emerging leaders through the various unique programs by providing mentoring, personal and professional development, and networking opportunities. Our mentoring initiative is braced by a community of executive-level individuals who give their time and treasure to the Foundation. |
